If you are unable to attend a session, please make every effort to ensure you have canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid incurring a full charge. This policy is in place because when you book a session, a dedicated time slot is reserved exclusively for you, and the practitioner commits their time accordingly. If you are able to inform me 48 hours in advance and reschedule your session within that same week, based on Tia's availability, you will avoid the full charge of the canceled session.
