Passionate Commitment to Healing and Recovery
I am deeply passionate and dedicated to the journey of fostering personal development, healing, and recovery for individuals, partnerships, and families. My therapeutic expertise encompasses a diverse range of modalities, including individual sessions, conjoint sessions, collateral sessions, and group therapy. I hold specialized training in the Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) model developed by Patrick Carnes, enabling me to address complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in partners who have experienced betrayal due to sex addiction and infidelity.
My professional experience extends to extensive work with Pia Mellody's Model of Developmental Immaturity, conducted both in individual sessions and workshop settings. With a deep well of compassion and exceptional interpersonal communication skills, I possess a natural capacity for active listening, which serves as a guiding light in unraveling individuals' intrapersonal communications.
My primary focus revolves around working with adults navigating behavioral addictions, as well as those grappling with depression, anxiety, relational challenges, betrayal-induced PTSD, family of origin issues, and trauma histories.
